It's a cool paper, but the assumption that people are equally likely to start and end at any given point makes this kind of useless imo?
It just rewards smaller cities like Paris, most trips in NYC are midtown to midtown instead of random people going to Staten Island

The Turing scheme is more targeted, cheaper (ยฃ110m per year), has broader global reach and only funds British talent. Tell me something Erasmus+ offers British students that Turing doesn't.
