What life has been like lately: I wake up 3-5 x per night. By 3am I have nausea so severe I can’t go back to sleep. I then eat a light snack and if time permits go back to sleep. I’m nauseous all day unless I am snacking. Literally the only way to keep nausea manageable is to eat carbs. Whyyyyy
