5. When you actually ask for a refund, they'll say it's too late. Go to the website. When you ask to talk to a supervisor, they haven't got one. 6. Website suggests that your claim will be considered in 30 days :)

@tapairportugal - the least customer-centric airline I've ever seen. 1. The prices on website seem to shuffle more often than cards on a poker table 2. Decided to go for a ticket? How about one with wrong departure/arrival time?

@fontawesome your search needs to be contextualised. Searching for "batch" returns ˜30 icons for hygiene ("bath"), then some 20 different clocks ("watch") and ends with axe ("hatch"!?) Had to go through all of this because I just wanted an icon for batch file processing.
