Breaking News Cardano (ADA) has now been formally detailed by the SEC as a digital commodity, not a security today. It is written directly into the Commission’s latest interpretive release. (Released Today) A digital commodity is an asset that derives its value from the programmatic operation of a functional crypto system, not from the expectation of profits driven by the efforts of others. ADA is listed alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum under that classification.

@ChrisFryers67 I'm not "worried" because what I have invested in it I can afford to lose. But people do have a right to question things. Also it currently sits at number 706 on Coingecko, I've never seen it that low since I've been in COTI. So they aren't keeping pace with other tokens.

@david_pangle I'm not in the slightest worried. Everything is well down including Ada. I'm guessing that tomorrow could be a BIG day. Liquidity injections/money printer, will get volume pouring in again for the whole market, never mind just #Coti..

@ChrisFryers67 Dunno about FUD, but COTI is currently sitting at $0.0174 with hardly any volume, hasn't been there since April 2020. So take it however you want.

@rickmccracken 100% agree, @dangambardello mentioned the PMI and ALT season a couple months ago and got me to looking closely at it. It definitely has a pattern between the two.

Two strong indicators that Alts & BTC are in bull run top zone, in my opinion, are: 1. The Coinbase app hits #1 on the App Store 2. The ISM PMI business cycle chart 👇 The business cycle is the cause, the app store is the effect. Neither one has happened since peak 2021 (NFA)
