Has this woman been identified? I know the Trump rally team knows her name and checked her ID because you do not sit behind Trump in a rally without a VIP ticket and you must provide ID and be selected by the rally team. I know this because I have sat behind Trump at a rally and that is the process.

Kouri Richins' attorneys have filed a motion asking a judge to reschedule her sentencing date from May 13 to the week of June 15. Defense attorney Wendy Lewis says the request is being made for the following reasons: 1. The defense needs additional time to research and prepare mitigation evidence and witnesses for Richins, given that she will either serve 25 years to life in prison or life without the possibility of parole. 2. The defense needs an entire day to present witnesses and evidence, rather than the half-day that is currently scheduled. 3. Defense attorney Kathryn Nester recently had a death in the family and does not have time to prepare for the May hearing. She is also scheduled to be out of the country for the first two weeks in June. 4. Defense attorney Alex is scheduled to be in another trial from May 11-15. Judge Richard Mrazik has not ruled on the motion.
