@StardustRedding I don't know why we act like these defensive guys deserve some sort of 'all in' mentality. They are the biggest reason they don't have a playoff win in the past decade. If they were as good as Houston's defense we probably beat the Bills in 2023, and perhaps the Ravens in 24.

Sources: the Steelers placed the rare UFA tender on Aaron Rodgers, meaning that he can accept a 10 percent raise off last year’s salary, which would pay him about $15 million this season. @MarkKaboly It's the law to use your seat belt. There is no law saying they had to do this, and they wouldn't have if they knew he was coming (as you have said numerous times).

The way I look at Steelers putting tender on Aaron Rodgers is this: It's unlikely when you get into your car that you are going to get into a wreck yet you put your seatbelt on just in case. It doesn't hurt anything to do it, so you just do it.

Forget about your feelings and emotions about Rodgers - the only relevant question is this: are the Steelers better in 2026 with Rodgers than with Allar/Howard/Rudolph or anyone else available? The answer is yes

This is a good explanation of what the #Steelers did today. More of a formality BUT it also displays there is no agreement from Rodgers yet
