@TK_HelpDesk Information does not help. The first flight is almost done sitting in economy. So will be the second as I would not use the voucher for that leg only. We wont travel back in time. They wont upgrade me fof free. So I dont see how the issue can be resolved. This is a joke.

@TurkishAirlines why do you say that within 24 hrs of departure any class can use elite plus voucher upgrade, when just now in gva the agent could not do it for my gva-ist-jnb route with wide open availably. This is how you treat your elite plus members, unacceptable.
