Retail can get it right when they do work on a small obscure company institutional analysts overlook. But when it comes to companies such as Telus (T.to $tu) retail bearishness against institutional bullisness raises eyebrows, institutions always knows more.

Can data get the upper hand or is $NVDA and $AAPL latest pump continue to get the upper hand? $SPY what will it be?
