Part 2 #distressedcustomer of #OLA He kept screaming, asked my parents to cancel the trip cuz he felt the amount was too less - what could we do about that? the amount gets automatically generated based on the distance, time of booking, and a lot of other elements) @Olacabs

Part 4 #distressedcustomer of #OLA though the customer care said they would take action, we do not know what that means. The driver needs to be reprimanded. We need to know how Ola dealt with this situation and how things would improve regarding driver experience. @Olacabs

Part 3 #distressedcustomer of #OLA We were unable to raise a complaint through app but found a way to get the customer care to call us. Even after requesting to be called on a certain number,call went to the registered mobile number (they're probably following the Sop). @Olacabs

Part 1 #distressedcustomer of #OLA: My parents had a miserable experience with Ola at the Chennai Airport a few days ago. The driver was abusive and used foul language without any intimidation from my parent's side. All they asked him was how long he would take to come. @Olacabs
