@Olacabs A friend sent me homemade lunch & tiffin via Ola Parcel. The order was picked up and paid for, but delivered to the wrong address. I was left waiting in the office hungry while your rider misplaced my parcel. This is unacceptable.

@Olacabs I have paid Rs. 919 through gpay as driver mentioned toll is not included in fare amount (can share payment proof) against fare amount of 719 (which already included toll of 200).

In Pune, drivers are accepting rides and then refusing Ola card payments, asking to go “by meter” instead. I’m getting late for my exam because of this. Why allow drivers to ignore the selected payment method after accepting the ride? Fix this. #Ola #Pune

What’s wrong with @Olacabs? Last 5 times drivers have fleeced me. End of ride they demand more money than what my App shows. They say Ola gives approx pricing on the App & the number they are showing is the correct tab!!! Does Ola know their “partners” are fleecing their clients?

@BapnaVijay looks no way to contact OLA to explain issue of their ride. I booked premium prime from airport around 11 am today. Route shown via sea link. Came direct via Mahim. They did not give rebate and charged full. At delhi this mng they increased by Rs35 and charged cash
