Οι συλληφθέντες από τις ισραηλινές ένοπλες δυνάμεις μεταφέρθηκαν με αρματαγωγό ανοιχτά του Αθερινόλακκου, Λασιθίου. Από το πλοίο τους παραλάμβαναν σκάφη του ελληνικού λιμενικού σώματος που τους μετέφεραν στο λιμάνι όπου τους περίμεναν λεωφορεία.

Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat mehrfach festgestellt, dass Anonymität ein Schutzschild der Meinungsfreiheit ist. Meinungsfreiheit umfasst das Recht, seine Meinung anonym zu äußern. Der Bürger muss nicht mutig sein, um Grundrechte wahrzunehmen. Ein Arbeitgeber muss nicht wissen, welche politische Partei sein Angestellter favorisiert. Eine Klarnamenpflicht würde die Trennung zwischen privater, öffentlicher und beruflicher Sphäre aufheben. Merz stellt sich gegen die Meinungsfreiheit:

Australia is forcing Meta, Google, and TikTok to prop up News Corp, Nine and the ABC. Money is taken from the platforms people actually use and handed to the legacy giants people are moving away from. The Communications Minister calls it an "incentive." It's more of a subsidy for the giant incumbents.
