Unfortunately Doctors in Pakistan are an easy target from getting beaten in ER to public humiliation on social media and on top of that Professors are standing with their head down in front of CSP officer of 17 or 18 th grade who doesn’t know abcd of medicine and how health care works , I was a final year student when an AC came and he ridiculed MS on how plants were taken care of and why there is dirt on walls of the hospital . The road in front of the hospital has heavy traffic with dust everywhere, why should the MS be responsible for dirt on external walls of the hospital , meanwhile there was no ventilator in the hospital . My advice to young doctors if you get a chance go to gulf , UK or US or Australia do USMLE , Saudi council exam , It will take ages for things to improve. I had an Indian Kashmiri friend who got a job in Kabul in oncology at 8000 dollars per month , even a failed country respects a person who helps them and saves their life .

If this is what you are preaching why is that in the west Laptops and mobiles are provided to doctors and healthcare providers hospitals , right now modern medicines cannot work without mobile apps and laptops .Kindly please educate yourself. The video shared shows lack of training in professional ethics which should be taken care of by providing education and courses by the relevant authorities. In a country where confidential medical reports are discussed on national TV of everyone without their consent including high ranking officials. The concept of privacy is blurred , privacy of patient should be protected at any cost and this is takeaway from this mishap.

Yes I know but it’s a universal trend that happens across the globe , even in some Arab countries , rich individuals resorted to Misyar and mistress culture resulting in more female persecution. High Mehr is right if women to be paid in advance and if agreed in Nikah prenuptial agreement then it is acceptable. I have taken care of people in 5-6 countries and that is what I experienced. Women should be educated and empowered to not to look to others for financial support that is thoughts and philosophy.

These type of judgments result in failure of Marriage as an institution which we have seen in the west , once I asked my colleague, why doesn’t he marry and is in a living relationship, he said I don’t want government to invade my bedroom . It’s not same as before, I have seen that young doctors do Saudi Council exam and after clearing it come on Azad visa and do job hunt in Private clinics , it gives them breathing space , they have money in their pocket and can go for exams like MRCP and USMLE . If you have done FCPS then you can contact recruitment agencies like Najm they take recruitment fees and then you can get employed in hospitals as a Assitant consultant , staff physician or a consultant depending upon your experience and hospital policy .
I saw many Pakistani doctors who did USMLE , MRCP and Australian exams and are working there in US, UK and Australia. Main thing for a young doctor is to earn money so he or she can invest in getting post graduation and good training and clearing exams .

Totally agree with you started my career at 3800 rupees a month now Alhamdulillah earning half a million dollars a year , being broke and wealthy is a part of life your main job is to serve humanity and trust Allah swt and be a useful member of a society, Allah swt will open your doors from unexpected quarters . Choose a life partner who is with you thru thick and thin .

@Dr_Romeooo Yes with modern immunotherapy and TKI lung cancer survival has improved tremendously my own patients are alive more than 5 years but it doesn’t mean everyone does but there are definitely outliers due to modern management regimens .
