@Delta To be fair, let's share some underperformance of your partner @HartsfieldATL with reduced train service on a holiday week; incorrect ground transport signage; and most restaurants closed at 9pm, but given the health inspections...

@docgcp @Delta I feel your pain. Similar situation for us last Christmas; I put the girls on the plane to Memphis and then spent the night freezing in the Atlanta airport.

@Delta There are literally thousands of passengers impacted tonight, and your operations are understaffed, unprepared, and unable to respond. That's the definition of a failure.

@Delta I understand weather issues are unpredictable. Same in medicine. That's why we have plans for surges, mass events, and disasters. Sure, some ER waits are long, but we triage those who need help quickly with experienced personnel. You've truly done nothing.

@Delta you have completely failed in Atlanta tonight. 3 hour waits for customer service, only to have the station shut down and moved 3 concourses away. People losing their phone hold after waiting 3 hours. No capacity to get people to their next destination in <24 hrs. Horrible
