The dirty secret of healthcare is that MOST physical exams are a relic of an older time. We still learn them. We still bill for them (main reason they're done still). But they RARELY change management. Clinical suspicion --> confirmatory tests or empirical treatment most times.

BREAKING: Tesla has officially released FSD V14.3 I'm downloading it in my Model Y right now. A trauma surgeon earns ~$165/hr after 14 years of training. A CRNA earns ~$415/hr after 3. I'm not saying CRNAs are overpaid. I'm saying surgeons are underpaid.

The UN declaring something a human right, doesn't actually make it one, especially if it relies on theft by the state. A declaration like this is simply an aspirational list. Natural law rights are rights that people possess simply by being human. The exist outside of the state. They are universal and inalienable. Natural rights are the rights by which we judge whether governments and laws are just. Governments exist to secure these rights, not to create or expand them indefinitely.
