It’s insane how these 2 emotions lead to so much “juice” and how these opposite emotions are so soooo good at taking the juice out of you. So before you go for that garbage energy drink or your 4th cup of caffeine .. remember … being grateful and being excited for the future is how you actually “get going” and if you’re reading this and you are like “sure but I don’t feel those things” .. challenge yourself to figure out what you need to change to start the process to “get there” ❣️❣️❣️
