@bryan_johnson I'm curious if you have ever researched or looked into maintaining your voice's age or possibly rejuvenating it? Hate to admit it but I like the game and when I use a headset people are usually pretty accurately able to guess my age within a decade.

I’ve been lifting religiously for 10 months (with trainer, 12k steps a day, good sleep, good diet) and I’ve gone from obese to just lean. I have a new found respect for jacked people, this takes forever lol

Lol, a friend once said love can either burn or last, never both (at least at the same time). Seems the same for "good" food/life
