.@Saylor claims MSTR's business is issuing digital credit by selling preferred stock that pays 8% or 10% dividends if $MSTR declares them. But as MSTR has no income, unless it sells Bitcoin it can only pay dividends by selling more preferreds. In other words, it’s a Ponzi scheme.

Bitcoin pumpers claim I’m “celebrating” their losses. But real Bitcoiners measure their wealth in Bitcoin, so they’ve lost nothing and can now buy more “on sale.” What makes me happy are the losses that won’t be suffered as the collapse results in fewer new investors buying in.

Holding physical cash isn't prudent if inflation eats it away. Holding bank deposits isn't prudent if you can't withdraw them. Holding stable coins isn't prudent if they aren't stable and 1:1 redemption isn't certain. Forget "best practices". Store value in what you believe in.

Saying the obvious. Most people “in crypto” know this, most people “not in crypto” may not understand yet. Tokenizing gold is NOT “on chain” gold. It’s tokenizing that you trust some third party will give you gold at some later date, even after their management changes, maybe decades later, during a war, etc. It’s a “trust me bro” token. This is the reason no “gold coins” have really took off. 🤷‍♂️

Crypto carnage continues. Bitcoin is below $110,000 and Ether is below $3,700. If Ether cracks $3,350, it could crash to $1,500, nearly 70% below its record high. If that happens, Bitcoin could sink to about $75K, a 40% drop from its peak, wiping out all of $MSTR's paper gains.

You also said BTC would never reach 100K. But it did and its been 25% above it. Its true what they say that you don't admit when you are wrong. Gold has been pumping like crazy, which is good but it has taken so many years to do this that it's not a viable investment. Where will gold stop in your eyes? Whats your next gold optimist prediction? Ill be very surprised if it goes beyond 5k this market cycle, and very surprised if it actually passes Ethereum.

Here’s an example of @CNBC making fun of me for recommending gold. It was $1,200, and they all laughed at my $5K call. They can’t laugh at $5K gold anymore, as it’s only $1K away. They also can’t laugh at me anymore, as they stopped inviting me on shortly after this interview.

At its peak in 1929, the Dow Jones was 381.17. Today it's 46,250. To put that in perspective, in 1929 gold was $20 an ounce. Today it's $3,830. In 1929, the Dow was worth 19 ounces of gold. Today it's worth just 12. That's a 37% decline in 96 years. Don't be fooled by inflation.
