Part Two (2/2): In order to graze or pierce the top of the ear, the round would had to have been fired directly in front or behind, not at a perpendicular angle. First, You can know this is part of plan by Laws and Orders and how this sets up the finale. Second, you can read articles of the bullet whizzing by President Trump at the angle and trajectory reported by CNN… So, where did that bullet thump in the same time sequence when the other two bullets hit their targets sooner at the same angle and trajectory? Also, CNN says the snipers returned fire… There were 5 rounds in return, not in Burst Rounds, all single 1-1-1-1-1. The return fire by the “snipers” sounds exactly the same as the first 3 rounds fired at PDJT. And they sound NOTHING like an AR-15 whatsoever. Then there’s one lone round 11 seconds after the 5 rounds returned by “snipers” who are all around and had the target identified as the media says “they were told by Secret Service to hold their fire until the shooter engaged”… PLUS those on the roof behind President Trump were closer to the location of the gunman than PDJT, so, 350-450 feet away. So, are you telling me that trained snipers needed more than one round for a lone shooter?  Are you telling me that trained snipers with an identified target were told to “stand down” until engagement?  Are you tellling me that that trained snipers with an identified target allowed a lone round 11 seconds after return engagement? And/or needed another round 11 seconds after 5 returned on a lone wolf shooter? You clearly know NOTHING about snipers if you say ‘yes’ on one, a combo, or all of those. That alone doesn’t even need to follow up with the location, sound, angle, trajectory, but just because…  A perpendicularly shot given the evidence… wouldn’t be the top of the ear pierced. I am talking about the category of “Institutional Sales” for which Judge Torres found the contracts to be “investment contracts”; and therefore, securities. I think the time frame was 2013 - present. 🤷‍♂️ The only thing that @ripple “did wrong” was that they did not treat those transactions as “securities” at the time of issuance. If they would have, they would have filed a FORM D and “perfected” the private placement . . . and we wouldn’t even be talking right now. But - @Ripple took the position that those transactions were not securities transactions. So what? 🤷‍♂️ Judge Torres has ruled they ARE securities transactions. But - even though they ARE, they were “private placements” of securities and this is “much ado about nothing.” IMO. It’s really kinda boring, honestly. NOW . . . PLOT TWIST!!!! NOW that they are “securities transactions”, if the BUYERS (that is, the Institutions) of those securities did not hold the XRP for the applicable “holding periods” and . . . eh hum (throat clearing noise) . . . dumped . . . I mean “sold” that XRP onto the secondary markets . . . Then, those “Institutions” became “underwriters” and sold securities without a registration statement in direct violation of the securities laws (even the private placement part). Whoopsie whoopsie! AND - if I would have been @Ripple’s corporate lawyer (which I was not), I would have made it VERY CLEAR in those “investment contracts” in question, that if YOU (Mr. Institution) sold those “securities” in violation of the securities laws without a proper registration statement in place (or an applicable exemption) . . . in violation of the applicable holding periods under the law (and/or as set forth in our agreement/contract) . . . YOU (Mr. Institution) would be required to indemnify ME (@Ripple) from any damages (including say, @SECGov fines/penalties) that arise from your violation of our agreement. In other words, if I were @bgarlinghouse (which I am not), I’d be cool as a “mother fuckin” cucumber (which is a legal term of art) b/c YOU (Mr. Institution) and not ME (@Ripple) breached the “investment contract” and caused the damages. But - that’s just me. I think differently from most. 😜 P.S. We are laughing!

The issue has been identified – the discrepancy affected how the DEX payment engine routes liquidity through AMM pools and order books in some complex payment path scenarios. We’re reviewing the proposed fix now with the community (thank you @OrchestraFi, @_tequ_, etc), which will then need to go through the amendment voting process. Appreciate the quick response from community participants – including @realSologenic, @AnodosFinance, @OrchestraFi, @DexFi_pro, @xpmarket, and others – in spreading the word and acting quickly to close deposit functionality.

We’ve identified a discrepancy in a few AMM pools, in which transactions are not executing as intended. Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue alongside community participants. Out of an abundance of caution, it’s best not to deposit new funds into AMM pools for now, and those holding LP tokens consider redeeming them. We’ll provide updates on this thread as soon as possible.
