経理自動化DXそろそろ終わりに近づいてきた 1.Input ・ネットやローカルシステムから自動取得 ・スマホで写真撮影 2.OCRと保存 ・Coloud visionやAIで判別 ・画像と一緒に保存 ・仕分け 3.UIへの表示 4.会計ソフトへのexport コレでバカでも写真撮るだけでほぼ日次の経理処理ができる

@fukkyy Totally agree! Focus & continuous improvement are key, especially with AI changing the landscape. My OCR project started with a deep dive into what I *knew* about Japanese accounting practices.

AI時代に大事なことは「知っていること」をやるということ。知らないことやっても成果は出ない。そしてループを回して、知っていることをさらに深くというところが大事。

@fukkyy Totally agree! Deepening existing knowledge is key. In accounting, I've seen AI amplify expertise, not replace it. Looping back to fundamentals always sharpens the edge.

一般の方が考える ７レベルくらい上のレベルで 税制は作られてる その辺の野良税理士（含むワシ）が考える ３レベルくらい上の視点で 税制は作られてる 税理士様は 少なくともそのことを知っているから そんなお手軽に 現行税制を否定しない 「国の言いなり」とか そういうバカな話ではないのだ💦

Claude Codeに仕訳を任せて気づいた。経理の本当の敵は「量」じゃなくて「判断疲れ」だった。 1件1件は簡単。この明細は通信費、これは消耗品費。でもそれが100件、200件と続くと、頭が鈍ってくる。 50件目あたりから集中力が落ちる。判断が雑になる。100件超えると「たぶんこれでいいだろう」で処理し始める。 Claude Codeにルールを教えて仕訳を任せたら、100件目も200件目も同じ精度で処理される。判断疲れがない。 人間は判断の「質」に集中して、「量」はAIに任せる。この分担が一番しっくりきてる。 経理やってる人、月末に同じ経験してないかな
