Sales up and inventory down y/y is probably the bigger story in Toronto real estate. No one seems to be talking about shrinking inventory...

@BruceLe57833967 Same got into both $INTC and $NIKE back in 2022-23, the former the thesis was validated but the latter a huge disappointment. I’m still holding for now as well.

$Nike is a misplay by me. I decided to keep holding for now. Nike management should be really doing is building a core product instead of covering everything, lack of focus, iconic product is a total disaster for company like NIKE.

I earn $200/day thanks to Claude Code I freelance for big mobile games companies They want engaging videos for their games - with narration, voiceover, scripting etc. I have setup a recursive pipeline with Claude Code with. a detailed set of instructions on how to process - analyze, script, audio, edit, overlay, captions etc. Claude Code gets me the final videos - I check, give feedback. I process 10-15 videos/day. $15-20/video. It takes me 1-2 hours maximum. Without Claude it would take me 5-6 hours. Claude Code has seriously changed my life 😅 With this new update, I can even hire a freelance to just give feedback on final videos and iterate, saving up more of my time.

I needed a big ass cliff that I could just reuse everywhere without it looking too obvious so a super simple modular cliff with a sculpted macro normal overtop was made and I think it came out really solid #wip #gamedev

Landscapes with overhang. What is this magic? 👀 Mesh Terrain in UE 5.8 is shaping up nicely! Really like that I can have sculpt layers that I can then move, rotate and resize. #UE5 #gamedev
