You think it's ALL about you, but it's not completely all about you. You are the mayor of Oakland. You were supposed to address the citizens of Oakland about the juneteenth event, whereas 15 people were shot. Then, you were supposed to address the public about the FBI raid that occurred at your home. You spent about 15 seconds each on those two subjects. Yet, you spent several minutes addressing the Sheng Thao Recall committee, led by Seneca Scott and former Judge Brenda Forte. You are INDIRECTLY addressing Chris Moore and Edward, who ARE NOT BILLIONAIRES! The NAACP and former Mayor Libby Schaff's ethical violations. You didn't say their names directly, but you indirectly spoke to them. You had the audacity to get yourself on tv with a tantrum attitude, arrogance, and anger. You are the one who got yourself in this mess. Instead of you holding yourself accountable and being empathetic to the city of oakland, you decided to play the blame game, turn into activist for a split second, and then end it with crocodile tears, playing the poverty victim card. @Kaplan4Oakland Well if we add FBI raids not sure I support what you say. Are you involved with the FBI investigation Councilor? Looks like the Mayor might be part of the FBI investigation. Leadership of a city typically avoids becoming entangled with FBI investigations.

If someone attacks the current Oakland mayor, but was fine with the previous mayor, then whatever their reasons may be, it is NOT because of crime. Crime has gone down since the change in leadership:

We just raised over $50,000 to create scholarships for students at Arkansas' Little Rock Central High School who still want to learn REAL history. Almost 70 years ago, 9 African American students endured threats as they entered Little Rock Central High for the first time. Now--for students at that same school--@SarahHuckabee has decided African American studies classes will not count toward graduation. What a disgrace. When I went to Little Rock I met with students at that school. They told me about the legacy they hope to carry on. Let's help them do it.
