@GWRHelp can you please confirm when app is going to be fixed? Since the horrific upgrade. It Constantly logs me out and often difficult to log in at Padd due to poor reception. Obviously the staff are super helpful in letting you through barriers when in a hurry (they’re not!)

@GWRHelp I already tried and nothing worked. What is absolutely nuts is to make me pay for your mistake when you could've resend the email with the PDF or get me another ticket for the same price for the next train or have you no value or respect for your customers?

@GWRHelp There's no such thing as my journeys on my account nor the refund page. It's pretty simple you messed up real good and ruined my birthday and cost me almost 300£ when I initially paid half of it. As your colleague said I'm entitled to a full refund. Don't make me get the lawyers

@GWRHelp Awful service on 10.42 Taunton/London today. Train supposed to be 10 cars, 2 mins before arrival, announced as 5 cars, no seat res. 1st C Ch E, then on arrival 10 cars, original format. No time to run back to Ch K, Got on Ch D, got last seat, can't get to Ch K #VERYANGRY
