@havertys We bought this sofa and the fabric is garbage and the back pillows have been wrinkled messes since the day they were delivered! Been strung along for half a year trying to return the sofas! We also paid for the warranty which apparently means nothing!
We bought the Aviator reclining sofa from @havertys just a year ago, the “so called “ top grain leather” is peeling on the arm rest. Very unsatisfactory. It’s an everyday sofa. I thought we were buying quality. No better than rooms to go! But Way more expensive.
@havertys after spending thousands of dollars on 2 sofas and 2 recliners, I have had to have all of them repaired in less than 2 years. The recliners have broke again and you warranty company guardsmen said they won't fix it again. It to almost 6 months to fix it the first time.
@havertys Havertys Furniture worst customer service. After alll these years of being a repeat customer this is the first time I’ve spent 6000 on a sofa for my family and your local and customer service dropped the ball. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. So sad.

I have been dealing with a furniture claim for well over 6 months. i have the insurance plan and they keep dragging their feet on this.... i have to call every day for two weeks for an update. the update: oh were working on it...... take ownership!
Very disappointed in @havertys .We purchased almost $20,000 in new furn from them in the past year.When couch, loveseat & ottomans were about 7 MONTHS old,they began”pilling.” Thankfully,we thought,we bought the 5 year warranty on them. Just heard from them, they don’t cover that
@havertys After 13 months of waiting for a couch, two remakes, 3 no show delivery attempts, and now today a cushion with a hole in it, we finally asked for a full refund to go elsewhere as we GIVE UP! CSR tells us no refund as the couch has been used now?? Wth???
@havertys ordered couch over 12 months ago, multiple cancelled deliveries at the last minute and made the couch wrong 4 times. Now customer service just hangs up. Who can I call?
@havertys delivery driver hit my wooden front door when carrying in my new couch. He took photos and said he’d report it. I took photos as well & called the store to report it. Was told 24-48hrs a repairman would call me. So far, silence. What’s going on? #orlando
