The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. @havertys That is how the cushions really look! They came new that way! This isn’t something that happened over time. In fact I gave it a little time before we called the store. I thought maybe they would bounce back and relax to the shape they should be! Nope! They’re just garbage!

@havertys Why would we want to go back to the same furniture store that sold us a garbage sofa and buy a new garbage sofa that is even cheaper than the first one?! Now we just want to make sure others aren’t taken advantage of like we were.

@havertys We have tried to work with your company for over 6 months and have been lied to and strung along. We had been told we’d get a refund, but we’re strung along. Now they say they’ll give us store credit minus 25% of the original cost and minus the $600 warranty.
