There’s a distinct difference between discernment & judgment that is lost on our society. Judgement is indicative of consequence. A person’s discernment carries no consequence if they do not possess the authority necessary to apply a consequence. An opinion spoken is not judging.

@MikeJBknows It ABSOLUTELY means that a LOT of people work less for it. And the the quality of what impresses people to pay attention to a lot of things/people is often pretty inane. I have zero inclination towards fame. And I’m not chasing internet attention 24/7.

@iLLResolveSys But it's true though. Fame isn't attainable through one way anymore. Doesn't mean those who gain it work less for it. If it was so easy why aren't you and I famous? Know what I mean? lol

The term “Star” has been trashed by how easily it can be snatched these days. “Tik Tok Star”, et cetera. What a scam Social Media has blanketed upon us all.

@iLLResolveSys Yeah but hey. I put Kardashian’s and real house wives and Paul brothers and about everything on tv into that category. Yet they have MASSIVE followings. I’ve just accepted the “different strokes for different folks” outlook and don’t pay any attention. Lol

@iLLResolveSys Well, just depends on what perspective you want to go with. As far as being an elite athlete or dealing with all the Hollywood bs. Yes. But at the same time, it’s opened avenues for talented people that don’t fit in the boxes. (And some untalented to be fair lol)

@iLLResolveSys I mean to be fair if you have millions of followers making you rich, that probably constitutes as a star by all accounts or the word. I’ve not always enjoyed all the sports “stars” or movie “stars”. But still get why the term is used. Lol
