Im a reflexive contrarian
But from what ive researched cooking foods degrades water soluble vitamins (most b vitamins), almost all meats will create AGEs with cooking. Most people who are eating raw meats source from high quality farms or their own local people, so the problem with getting sick isnt a meat problem but a farming problem.
Eating raw meat also would help your gut health
But I think that encouraging people to eat healthier isn't a net negative, some people go to the extreme but what most take from it is learning a balance of caring about what is in food and trying to not kill your body

@iqmaxer @blockhead4000 ok i'll bite: cooking food makes nutrients more availiable, and easier to digest, as well as massively reducing the risk of getting sick whether it be by pathogen or parasite, and it also makes it taste better. What's your argument?
