it’s been 2 weeks and i literally watched in real time how this fandom has turned into the worst its ever been. so much that i rarely want to come on here anymore. what started with sadness & frustration turned into hate and anger. there’s so much misinformation being spread, so many insults thrown around, people attacking each other left & right for having different opinions and feelings. we are shambles. there is no right and wrong in this situation because at the end of the day we do not know them personally, everything we think we know about them is based on very thought through comments & edited videos that shares what they want to share. we also dont have any clue what actually happened behind closed doors. all of us want more information about what has happened because the announcement hit us all in the face unexpectedly - but realistically we won’t get an answer. and im starting to contemplate if we actually have the right to know. there are a million scenarios of what could have happened and what the reason for this decision was and while some people have decided to live with it, others havent. and i understand both sides. but the world isnt only black & white. none of us know if our opinion is the right one but almost nobody wants to admit or see that and just tries to push their narrative onto everyone else. i get anger as its a stage of grief but don’t use others as your punching bag for thinking differently. “if u dont think like this or do this you dont care about them” i hate this sentence. people grieve & cope differently. we all are human beings at the end of the day with our own personal struggles and you cant just force everyone to do or not do certain things just because YOU are able to work through this situation that way. i wish people had more empathy with themselves, others and ESPECIALLY our 7. the amount of posts i have seen invalidating everything they say or do just hurts me because all of them have been nothing but gentle & loving to us these past 5 years. they might be looking for comfort from us too so please dont just go around saying theyre doing all of this because theyre forced. this situation isnt only hard on us but them especially and seeing how torn and hateful this fandom has become maybe hurts them too. this is not directed at anyone who has now started to hate and shit on any of them because the real problem right now are exactly these people.
