But, now it’ll take an additional 3 days to process, and another day to ship out. One representative told me they would expedite it, another told me they can’t expedite it. So no idea whom to believe. What a nightmare. I don’t want my money back, I just want the fans.

It was a no. They have to first get the item back, that I didn’t order, so they can send me what I actually ordered. But somehow, their mistake was now my problem. Fine. I’ll ship the thing back and wait. They’ve received the item.

Honestly surprised to see how awful my experience has been with @Newegg’s customer service. I ordered some new case fans because mine were failing. The order got delayed, understandable, Black Friday. But when I got the order, it was a power bank and not the fans.

Opinion: if I'm buying a whole-ass 911, I don't want this ridiculously tiny thing to put it in drive. I mean, what I really want is a proper manual, but if I can't have that, I'd like something more than a glorified toggle switch

@sdw Not sure if it's up your alley, but the Defender has a good mix of physical buttons & touch screen functions. Incredibly comfortable ride too.

We’re on the look for a new family car and I’ve been impressed with the BMW X5/X6. Climate controls have physical switches and a little screen showing mode, degrees, etc Then I drove the new model. And got this disaster: Carmakers, please stop using screens instead of buttons.
