I personally know 3 people that keep their rent stabilized apartment in Manhattan and live elsewhere because it's cheaper to keep it for when they visit instead of getting a hotel. A lot of empty apartments sit empty because of rent control. These are affordable housing being kept off the market versus the wealthy luxury apartments being used as a SoV

I'm not an influencer. I had overnight instant results with elbow pain with bpc 157. Year long issue that wouldn't go away despite physical therapy. Can't shake hands or pick up a water bottle without out pain. Baseline throbbing all day. Injected 500mcg in elbow Thursday night. Woke up and pain 95% gone Friday evening. Monday evening pain completely gone despite doing two hard workouts that would normally trigger a flare up. I have a hard time believing it's placebo

So I am a dumb guy... I failed out of Junior College. But... it seems like there are some flaws in this logic. 1. If its dangerous, and millions are taking it... how could people not realize it was dangerous. 2. If millions are taking it... and people aren't aware that its dangerous... the only two options are that a. there is a giant conspiracy theory hiding all sorts of danger, or b. its not really all that dangerous. 3. Perhaps he is talking about the potential/possible danger... like its not dangerous now, but with no standards, it could be dangerous... (valid). Then it seems the answer would be to have testing.

People don't realize how dangerous this peptide moment is. There are millions of people taking untested drugs with no manufacturing standards. This is far worse than Thalidomide.

I have patients that tell me they are taking “20 units” of a certain peptide and asking if they should do more or less. I’ll let you determine the levels of chaos in that short sentence. Asking their dentist being only one of them.

Got this message today... apparently he expected a vial twice the size of a 3ml. "So disappointed. I bought 50mg vials of retatrutide and what i recieved can not be 50mg.  The vial is the same size as my 10mg tesa vials.  And it can't be reconstitionalized as the vital of too small.   But no way it is 50 mg.  It it's the same or less then my 24mg retas i already own."

@JTLonsdale Couldn't agree more. The amount of excuse making and delusional responses I get from motorcycle and scooter riders I speak about this with is absurd.

Riding motorcycles is very dangerous. It’s especially not cool if you have young kids, or others who rely on you. Such as our civilization, if you’re a great man. Stop doing it.

“A motorcyclist who traveled 15 miles every day for a year had an astonishing 1 in 860 chance of dying. A person who took a 500 mile flight every day for a year would have a fatality risk of 1 in 85,000.” stevestewartwilliams.com/p/love-blindne…

The number one thing I love about Miami is that it in general feels (at least to ME PERSONALLY) like it is overflowing with happy positive energy. Like we have our problems for SURE. But the overall energy is positive and happy 😁

I've been suffering the from the same for a year. Would never go away. Shaking hands or gripping a water bottle hurts. Had my massage guy do some work on it and stopped doing dips and things that made it really hurt. Started bpc 500mcg twice daily subq in elbow and literally the next day 75% pain was gone. I can't believe it. On day 5 and we're at 99 %gone

Starlink has done more than any NGO to lift people out of poverty by connecting them with a means of education and a market for their good & services via the Internet
X Freeze@XFreeze

Most people have not even realized it yet, but Starlink just quietly became the invisible backbone of Earth For decades, high-speed internet was a luxury of geography. If you lived outside a major city or dared to travel, you had no choice but to be disconnected from the world We literally went from "can you hear me now?" dropped calls in the suburbs to you move anywhere in the world and you are covered by Starlink internet Just look at what SpaceX has achieved so far: → Free, high-speed WiFi rolling out on thousands of flights, trains, and ships → Now officially live in over 150+ countries, territories, and global markets → Direct-to-Cell tech is turning standard smartphones into sat-phones with zero extra hardware → Flawless high-speed internet streaming in the middle of Antarctica → Serving as a critical lifeline for first responders and victims during major natural disasters → Providing unbreakable comms in active warzones and geopolitical conflicts → More than 11 MILLION+ active subscribers globally as of early 2026 → Eliminating dead zones entirely - if you can see the sky, you can connect "I think the single biggest thing you can do to lift people out of poverty and help them is giving them an internet connection because once you have the internet connection, you can learn anything for free on the internet, and you can also sell your goods and services to the global market" — Elon Musk While legacy telecom providers are still struggling to lay cables in the dirt, SpaceX is actively building humanity’s collective nervous system in Low Earth Orbit SpaceX is showing the world what it actually means to be connected on a magnitude we never thought possible
