HUGE. Looks like we got a non-partisan vote out of Senate Banking with the BRCA still intact. I'm thrilled. The last minute compromise reflects Coin Center's analysis from last January, there were some steps forward since then and then back but we are feeling very comfortable.

As of March 31, Nakamoto held 5,000+ Bitcoin worth approximately $345M, an asset base we believe positions us to build and scale Nakamoto.
🟠 We launched an actively managed derivatives strategy utilizing a portion of the Bitcoin within our loan structure, generating ~$1.1M during the quarter.
This is an important part of the vision for Nakamoto, Bitcoin isn’t just sitting idle on our balance sheet, we believe it can be managed strategically.
🟠 We closed the acquisitions of BTC Inc. and UTXO Management, bringing our media, asset management, and advisory businesses together under Nakamoto.
Our goal is to combine a strong Bitcoin balance sheet with operating businesses that generate revenue, relationships, and long-term growth.

I used Grok to analyze my brothers health issue. The doctors thought it was stage 4 cancer from an MRI scan; didn't make sense. So I took all the information and used AI. I came to the answer Sarcoidosis. I was correct. I remember asking the neuro brain surgeon it could be neuro Sarcoidosis he said no; he was also wrong. Crazy.

Ribeye inflation index has a big print. New price $37.99/lb. 17% inflation annualized from October. 18.5% annualized since last June. 90% cumulative since 2020. 11.0% compounded annually over 6+ years. Same ribeye, same store. High rates? Don't care. Bitcoin is the only way out!

Your favorite all in one inflation index has a price update. Same ribeye at the same store is up 6.2% since June, now $34.49/lb. 19% annualized. Since the prior update in 2024, compound annual inflation is 12.6%. Cumulative 72.5% increase since 2020. Bitcoin is the only way out!

🚨Calling all STRC & SATA Experts🚨
There is a low probability, high risk event with STRC and similar instruments I can't get seem to solve.
Can any STRC experts assuage my concerns here?

@david_seroy As long as Saylor can make the payments, the credit market is probably 4 or 5 orders of magnitude deeper than entire crypto market. Probably more than that tbh if we’re just talking straight flows.

How can you know which force is stronger the new entrant buyers or the mass liquidations sellers?

@david_seroy It doesn’t need to go back to par, for the buyer at $50 they’re collecting 23% yield and never care if it goes back to par. If it does go back to par, they now also have a 100% capital gain but that’s completely independent of the yield.

@DavidFBailey You’re assuming it ever trades at par again. The whole point of the video is to show that’s not assured and at end of video I pose the scenario where it likely does not get back to par, without a massive unwind.
