Matthew 10:34, & also Chinggis Khan is believed to have said, "If you had not committed great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you," in the mosque at Bukhara (modern-day Uzbekistan) around 1220, shortly after conquering the city.
There was nothing outright soft or peaceful about both of these great men.
They both challenged narratives and authority.
They protected the weak, innocent, bullied, downtrodden.
They stood upright for justice that rallied people and their voices for logical coherence of society.
They were not ones to show their belly for the sake of being liked.
I don't think Benjamin quite fully understands either of these men and it shows how little of history that he may understand in totality perhaps.
They were both outstanding men of valor, honor and glory that they gave to God & both fostered civilization as we know it today for it was made so by the creator of the universe who flung the stars and great blue sky into existence.
Do not mock either of them as it is not something to take lightly, joke or jab at.
