Interactions like these are so important because even if the outcome isn't what you want. You leave the conversation still feeling seen, respected for your time, and with energy to continue being productive, as I was able to be immediately after!

But this interviewer provided a calm space for us to have a conversation and to put me at ease. No "gotchas", just clarity, strong vision, and a mutual want for partnership and alignment.

Typically, after an Interview, I am drained by the performance of it all and need time to lie down and recharge both physically and mentally.

Tech might be the only place where the interview is harder than the actual job
