I’ve only seen this setup 1 time in 6 years 👀 I’m putting $500k in this SINGLE stock Very similar to $UNH that made millionaires •$100 → $100,000 overnight •$300 → $300,000 in a single day This is the third time. Comment “TRADE” and I’ll send it. ‼️

I think this is the key part of the Agincourt speech “Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours, And say ‘To-morrow is Saint Crispian:’ Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars. And say ‘These wounds I had on Crispin’s day.’”

Not suggesting I am right, but rather my specific take on the matter based on the info I saw. I didn’t look to see if other variables such as a HR trends for the same period were posted. You are correct that it has been observed that a drop in RHR corresponding to the spike in HRV by be significant if a negative health state. Also nothing here addressed if there were comorbidities or pharmaceutical interactions that might be a causal factor.

@krisrush @RampCapitalLLC It’s a Whoop. Not counting out a device error - but they tend to be relatively accurate. For me a change of this magnitude would warrant caution, I haven’t seen one that drastic ever before and used one for 3+ years. There have been quite a few cases like this on the subreddit

@ZynStop @RampCapitalLLC Not explicitly correlated to HR. And yes, to a degree a lower RHR is considered a marker of health, but HR decreases in other age. Athletes commonly have HR’s in the low 40’s, but otherwise can be considered bradycardia.

@ing23s @RampCapitalLLC Very possibly a device error or something that interrupted the abiiity of the device to measure correctly. Without knowing the device I can’t speculate beyond that.

@RampCapitalLLC HRV is also widely variable between people and it is best not to compare yours to other people but rather to your own baseline values.

@RampCapitalLLC I think people here have a false understanding of HRV. Lower HRV is indicative of increased stress. It is the measurement of time between heart beats. Higher is indicative of less stress.

@unusual_whales Always interesting when you have to consider mark to market. It's not worth much if you can't actually liquidate it.

OpenAI shares have fallen out of favor on the secondary market — in some cases becoming almost impossible to unload — as investors pivot quickly to Anthropic, its biggest competitor, per Bloomberg

I would hazard a guess Strategy will continue sell STRC throughout the month of April until all the demand at 11 and a half percent has been satiated. In May they may raise the dividend by 50 basis points to a nice round one per month and milk that for all it's worth. If April showers bring May flowers, what do mayflowers bring? Pilgrims

I do think the Citrini Research 2028 report nails the eventual disintermediation in payments. Ruthlessly cutting transaction costs is exactly the kind of persistent, scalable return that both investors and (soon) AI agents will chase. Most individuals don’t feel these fees the way a retailer or DTC brand does. But if you could shave three full percentage points off your mortgage rate, or boost your savings yield by 2–3%, you’d jump at it. At scale, that 2–3% compounds into billions in enterprise value. That’s why continued adoption of cheaper alternative payment rails — stablecoins, instant bank transfers, etc. — should be no surprise at all, though incumbents like Visa are already building stablecoin bridges precisely to defend their turf — so the transition will be multi-rail rather than total replacement.
krisrush@krisrush

wsj.com/finance/bankin… I am waiting for further details to emerge, but I am unsure how this drastically changes the dynamic of taking payment per in-store transaction vs the transaction required to purchase the stablecoin to then make a purchase in-store. I can see perhaps how someone like Amazon could simply allow you to reload a credit-based account like a Starbuck card where you fund up front and then debit as you shop. This has the advantage of giving the retailer a large pool of funds up front that they can profit from and reduced transaction fees since the interactions via credit card processor is drastically reduced since you reload much less frequently than you shop. Quick research shows that Starbucks profited $196MM in 2022 from the unspent balances on member and gift cards and they were carrying a $1.7B balance in unspent customer funds on their books. Not sure how a stablecoin changes things unless it is just to seem cool and contemporary.
