Canada needs immigration but the rate needs to be slowed, with an equal emphasis placed on bolstering infrastructure
I.e. unaffordable housing and rents , excessive time spent in traffic, overburdened healthcare system, etc.

You can’t slow demand by simultaneously increasing demand…
Plus, there simply aren’t enough new dwellings being built, so we will continue to see upwards pressure on rents and prices of homes.
