@CloudflareHelp I am stuck in a critical billing UI loop. Ticket #01996787.
My account is entirely on the Free plan (0 active projects), but your system refuses to let me remove my credit card, falsely claiming I have "active subscriptions."
To make matters worse, I cannot check my ticket progress because the portal blocks Free users. Can a staff member please escalate this so a human can manually remove my card from your database? Screenshots attached.
