@Cloudflare @CloudflareHelp We can't access the R2 buckets and it has affected all our client applications. We have raised multiple tickets for support. But haven't got a resolution yet! How should we trust cloudflare as a platform? This is ridiculous!

Dealing with a ghost billing issue on Cloudflare. I keep getting: “There is an outstanding balance on your account…” — but there’s no invoice and no actual balance. Because of this, I can’t add new domains, even though my account isn’t locked. Cloudflare support hasn’t responded. Anyone experienced this before? @CloudflareHelp Yeah this one is really weird. I'm not even using the service I was billed for in anything I have active. The was only one project that might have even had the service bound to it, and that hasn't been touched for months and has nothing connected to it.

Okay so I was the biggest fan of @cloudflare until today. We suddenly received a $250 bill for Cloudflare stream for apparently 50k minutes. We have 14 minutes on our account! I message them within minutes of seeing this surprising charge come through and I just get rude dismissive we will not refund and instant close ticket. This is a completely disgraceful way of responding to small startups who are trying to build on your platform. This amount of money means nothing to you. But to us it does. I have been a huge proponent of cloudflare until I come across your customer services!
