@eastdakota @Cloudflare I don't mean to be rude but it's been almost 4 days since i paid my 120$ R2 invoice but the bucket is still locked. i filled like 4 tickets and still no response. This's after it radomly locked for 2 days. How's anyone suppose to do anything with a bugged billing system like this

A change made to how Cloudflare's Web Application Firewall parses requests impacted the availability of Cloudflare's network for several minutes today. This was not an attack; the change was deployed by our team to help mitigate the industry-wide vulnerability disclosed this week in React Server Components. @Cloudflare @CloudflareHelp We can't access the R2 buckets and it has affected all our client applications. We have raised multiple tickets for support. But haven't got a resolution yet! How should we trust cloudflare as a platform? This is ridiculous!

Dealing with a ghost billing issue on Cloudflare. I keep getting: “There is an outstanding balance on your account…” — but there’s no invoice and no actual balance. Because of this, I can’t add new domains, even though my account isn’t locked. Cloudflare support hasn’t responded. Anyone experienced this before? @Cloudflare - i have never experienced a company who is so intent on not talking to their customers!!!! I have a ticket open with you and no one has contacted me in over 10 days!! Wonderful customer service to a paying customer

@CloudflareHelp Yeah this one is really weird. I'm not even using the service I was billed for in anything I have active. The was only one project that might have even had the service bound to it, and that hasn't been touched for months and has nothing connected to it.

Anyone from Cloudflare billing on here? I'm being billed for something suddenly that I don't think I am using.
