MLAART may not be the BIGGEST show out there. But it was known enough that people would still know it. I never forgot it even when I haven’t engaged with it too often. And speaking of engagement, I should watch/binge the entire series at some point.

As far as i know, its origin is just people making fun of others online by calling them larpers for assuming a false identity. The original post said things like "should never not be capitalized" which is just incorrect.

someone already said this but. This animation was definitely NOT made by a larper. You have to be a fan to get EVERYTHING wrong. This is like that scene in Spiserverse where Miles wanted to fail his exam and got a perfect 0 points.

@Resmire1 @pepie_21 @Anoney_Snufftan Sure, but we wouldn’t have people still use the same instance or meaning of those words, and wouldn’t remind the original use despite the change. It doesn’t matter if it’s constantly changing. Plus, sometimes these changes in question happen in ignorance.

@kimwithaQ Nuance? In Persona 4 media? But yeah, I don’t know how this entire point went over peoples heads, in fact, the games themes and messages go over nearly everyone’s heads that some of them barely understand the characters unless it’s surface level at best.

Okay I'm not gonna hold you I 100% relate to Kanji. You could argue that he bi or closeted but his sexuality isn't the end all be all, but it also can't be ignored. His story tackles toxic masculinity, how society treats embracing femineity & rejection that comes from stereotypes

@cdcloud13 EVERYTIME I walk in this app, I see people who just casually pull off amazing animation that lasts a few seconds by small/medium folks. Then again, when you do animation on your own, it takes a whole lot more time.
