when pinging a calendar half a year from now and into the future (200 results) the response time is +20 seconds. Isn't that wild? Had to break everything up into small portions to work with their calendar API's.

Our availability checker on AppointmentThing.com has been questionable for the past year so I've taken over that project. New release that's spot on and precise out by the end of this week. Stumbled upon MS API load times. In their explorer less that 1 second, in real life

Funny days :-) We're moving back to Denmark and were suppose to have left yesterday. Our boat (for shipping) is stuck outside Oakland along with lots of other boats. Move date has been pushed 14 days so far. Ohh the wait in a barebone home.

Personal update: The past many weeks have been a bit rough. A family member passed away due to COVID; more was in the ICUs; a friend passed away in an accident, and the US/Canada border remains closed, which has put my partner and I's life at a standstill.

OK, I'm Intrigued. Who's this for? Why a low-res press release with randomly mixed fonts? Why Twitter? Some automation misfire? A misunderstanding? An under-the-radar act of compliance with banking or commerce laws? Why is there no screenshot? No actual content? Why me?

@nikstep @arvidkahl I see that too where the companies don’t need to make any money. Our customers are our source of income so we better listen to them carefully :-)

Customer service shouldn’t be an afterthought. Customer service is the whole point of a business.

@nikstep @arvidkahl It took me a year, and I had to "show the way" but now our customer service is an all-team effort - and they're kicking butt! We are hiring a customer success though to increase the good experience :-)
