I actually took time to look at my notes, and as I stated quite clearly and my response to your request for input, trying to determine exactly what I want is difficult and then I gave you a specific suggestion about a wizard interface to help new users step through the volume of information you have available. If you consider that vague feedback then I now completely understand why the site is designed as it is. You asked for specific feedback, I gave you specific feedback, and now you get snarky. I understand it's a free and open source tool, and I understand you work on it in your spare time, but don't ask for feedback and then get snarky.

I just deleted my OpenCVE account. It's just too flakey to manage notifications that it's more of a hassle than useful. Another example of great ideas with terrible execution.

@jx Thanks for your feedback! OpenCVE is a free, open-source tool maintained in my spare time. Instead of vague critiques, constructive feedback (or examples of tools you find effective) helps us improve. Remember, you can also self-host and customize OpenCVE to better fit your needs

Trying to figure out how to select only the notifications I wanted felt like digging through a huge library card catalog, information overload and difficult search. It was a firehose. I might suggest some kind of wizard guide to help folks select level of detail, specific vendors, and most importantly a digest format on a selectable frequency. It was just so much information by default I couldn't even think.
