Why would it make sense for games with less than 552 players, to be called MMORPGs when the term/acronym didn't exist until gaming needed to eclipse that number? The retroactive labeling that happens in this industry is totally cartoonish.

Or Fallout 4 an RTS game cause you can place structures.

PSA: A game being online, being an RPG, and allowing you to play with other players is not automatically an MMORPG (avg 512, a genre that specializes in massive connections and scale taking place over the same world. It's like calling Dishonored a shooter because it has a gun.

I saw maybe 3 players. This isn't an MMORPG. It's an MORPG/ORPG, which is perfectly fine and plenty relevant enough to fit whatever you want into its box.
