@JioCare @JioCare I can confirm that issue was not resolved. There status of complaint was closed twice without resolution. The samr service issue is with 4 other persons in my neighborhood. Can provide complaint status from them too @trai

@JioCare @jiocare it has been more than 48 hours since the issue is not resolved. Are you befooling customers. The serice engineers are also not picking the phone. Why should not be litigation filed against Jio in Consumer Forum?
