#MaternalMHmatters It's Maternal Mental Awareness Week and today's theme is Voices of Care. April is #PMDDAwarenessMonth, a time to champion women's health and build understanding and support for those living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. 📢To honour this important occasion, we're excited to announce that our PMDD module will be FREE to access for the whole month. 📖The module explores PMDD and how it interfaces with mental health services, and also provides first-hand accounts from people with lived experience.
