@godspeed_aflame I only lost 30 lbs w/ daily exercise for 4 yrs at a deficit. In 2 yrs with a full caloric intake and half the exercise, I lost 60 lbs. Literally 4x-ed my results by eating more + working out less. “Calories in, calories out” is to nutrition as Green Eggs & Ham is to literature.

my toxic trait is that I believe all weight loss advice beyond "calories in calories out" is cope
