The decline of the music industry charts the decline of modern civilisation: prove me wrong. Media professional. Time to cook a cassoulet.

@PeteNash73 @tonywalker1 This is an answer specifically crafted to sidestep the issues I canvassed. If the great financial benefits you claim are there to be had through association with Liv golf they would continue through association with the Grange golf course.

@rustyalex2 @tonywalker1 LIV Golf Adelaide has generated over $217 million in total economic activity for South Australia since its debut in 2023, and the renovation of North Adelaide golf course will turn it into a great public access facility that will also attract tournament golf in the future

@interesting_aIl There were more than one hangman at Nuremberg. And many of the executions were "botched" intentionally so the condemned would suffocate. For example; the female concentration camp guards were on that list.

This is John C Woods, the hangman of Nuremberg trials, who lied about being experienced to get the job. He claimed to have learned from old cowboy movies His incompetency led to excessive suffering of condemned Nazis

Where's the outrage over Sharon's murder? A 5 year old Aboriginal girl snatched from her home and murdered, dumped like rubbish. People from. The so-called indigenous communities are nowhere to be seen.

An Indigenous leader has slammed ‘Welcome to Country’ ceremonies. Warren Mundine says the practice has become overused. He says it’s becoming a “pain in the arse.” Listen to his comments HERE. 2gb.com/pain-in-the-ar…

In another life I worked for Tom Burns, the qld deputy premier. He started life “on the stump” rallying workers for the union from the back of an EH Holden in the 1960s. He told me one day: “If anything flies into your mouth you chew and keep talking Digger.” But that must have taken years of practice talking during fly storms in country Qld. I used to be very proud that he called me “Digger”, until I found out he could never remember names and made up generic ones.

The move to the beach doesn’t seem to have relaxed the lobbyist @newmrpford. Shuts down comments. He got his y-fronts in a knot when I suggested he should report on issues he is so invested in: “Miles you seem so triggered & full of rage about this woman. I haven't criticised anyone. Simply made an observation. Calm down old chap.”

At first I was like, why is Billy Joel allowing a Make a Wish kid up on stage with him? Then I realized it was his daughter. So I’m not going to say anything at all. Sometimes that’s best. (BillyJoel)

@Peter_Fitz You are entirely correct about the 'personalising' which happens all the time in Australian media. To paraphrase from many: 'He was a great bloke... kids footy coach... salt of the earth... until he wasn't' is the way murderers are framed.
