Habits are just people around you, in disguise.
This morning when I woke up at 4:45 AM for a @adidasrunning event, it felt like I am alone and this just doesn't make sense.
Then I reached the stadium and boom, 500+ people.
Check out my run on Strava: strava.app.link/1vtGJnCag3b

I ran 2km a day for 7 days straight — and the running was the easy part.

6 months ago I started running as a hobby.
The plan was simple and honestly pretty modest:
“Maybe I’ll be able to run a non-stop 10K by mid-2026.”
That was the dream.
And today, for absolutely no sensible reason other than pure stubbornness and FAFO, I ended up running a half marathon.
21.1 km.
2h 42m.
Average HR: 162 bpm.
Funnily enough, It never felt like I was dying out there. I kept waiting for the “this is where he breaks” moment and it just… never came.
Still feels surreal to say:
I’m officially a half marathon finisher. 🏃♂️

I am using a digital weighing machine from last 3 years and it has been transformative for me. Looking at the stats going from
RED ♥️-> ORANGE 🧡 -> GREEN 💚
Is amazing!

@AFitTrader This in no way is ignoring the physical tiredness of commute and work. My point is being make the gym experience unavoidable.
English

@AFitTrader You need to have fun in the gym. It should be something that you look forward to. The experience - they type of exercises, the environment like machine qualities and hygiene.
People dread going to the gym (pre/post office) because GYM basically invokes a negative emotion within.
