@SwitchBot has replaced THREE me k10+ vacuums in a row, shipped by Amazon all died with a “stock brush” failure… a 4th K10+ pro from factory SAME issue and still in warranty, and they won’t replace it or fix it for free. TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.
