2019 delivering once again... (minor) knee surgery for torn cartilage which was causing my knee to lock and get stuck. Surely 2020 will bring some better luck? Grateful for everyone and all the love around me ❤️

Today, it is with excitement that I announce I am retiring from being a full time athlete, to move onto other challenges. The last 15 years are filled with so many happy memories. Huge big love and appreciation to everyone who's made my time in the sport unforgettable.
