@JioCare @JioCare it has been 2 days now. No service person assigned. More than 50 hours. So pathetic. Service request got closed saying it is resolved. No one came, no one called. It says speak to live agent but that’s just a bot. I think the time has come to switch to @airtelindia.

@JioCare @reliancejio no internet connection on jio fiber for more than 30 hours now. Logged issue on the app, emailed, called but no one assigned to resolve the service interruption. And there is no person to speak to. Same information on email, chat and toll free.

I took the Aqua line today in Mumbai and got to T2 from BKC in 14mins. I had tears in my eyes, literally! Even 30mins ride from MG road to Whitefield in Bangalore never gave me such happiness as this! 😂

@WakefitCo what a shitty service. Got a defective sofa a month ago, the reverse pick up not done till today. Pickup guys can only come on weekdays from 10 AM to 6.30 PM when you are in office and they cannot adjust even for half an hour to ensure pickup is done in time.
