This "Warriors needed KD to beat LeBron" narrative has to be one of the most low IQ takes ever pushed by the media. Do people just have no idea how to think? Warriors were up 3-1 with Curry playing like a shell of himself in 2016 due to MCL injury and it took multiple miracles for LeBron to narrowly come back to win the series by a single possession. All of a sudden, a team that won 73 games the season was somehow to be forever done, unanimous MVP Curry would somehow never be good again according to these mentally-challenged takes, and adding KD was the ONLY way they could beat LeBron, even though they basically had him beat with Harrison Barnes averaging 9 points on 35/31/60 splits in the Finals. Yeah, go get your brain checked, because my God.
