@1loriking @coryfromcanada @consequence @WesReynolds1 That's the beauty of music. People like what they like. I respect Phil and like some of his songs....but for me it's always Oasis.
English

@tipcanz @coryfromcanada @consequence @WesReynolds1 Thats why In The Air Tonight still a banger. I like both bands though phil & genesis far more productive & encompass far reaching range of rock genre.

@Drew40683012 @RollingStone Boston is great and I thought they were in the HOF years ago. Oasis is just on a different level, so many great songs.
English

@tipcanz @RollingStone Bostons debut album was one of the best selling debut albums of all time. Also one of the fastest selling albums of all time. Over 100,000 in a week. They also had to deal with corporate legal issues for 8 years and weren’t allowed to release an album during that time.

❌😕⛳️ #NO EXCUSES — Tom Watson sounded off on the PGA Tour’s decision to let Brooks Koepka return
"The Tour made a decision to renege on what they promised when the players left for LIV… they felt that the compensation that he's paid is good enough.
I thought the LIV players, when they left, they were supposed to be banned for life. If I was commissioner, that's what I would do. I'd say if you're finished with your contract with LIV Golf, if you want to play the PGA Tour again, you come back, and you must play the Korn Ferry Tour for a year to qualify for it. They saw it differently.
When the players left, they violated the number one rule that we really had out here, which is to protect the sponsors… they chose to go for the money, which is fine, but to return to the Tour, I thought, was a nonstarter, but apparently it's not."

Sponsors over players....from an ex player...this is a crazy take. Wow

Tom Watson had some strong words about the PGA Tour’s decision to immediately re-instate Brooks Koepka’s membership after he left his contract with LIV Golf, and believes Brooks should have played the Korn Ferry Tour for a year to re-qualify.
Speaking ahead of the Masters, Tom said:
“The Tour made a decision to renege on what they promised when the players left for LIV. They felt that the compensation that he's paid is good enough.
“I thought the LIV players, when they left, they were supposed to be banned for life. If I was commissioner, that's what I would do. I'd say if you're finished with your contract with LIV Golf, if you want to play the PGA Tour again, you come back, and you must play the Korn Ferry Tour for a year to qualify for it.
“They saw it differently. When the players left, they violated the number one rule that we really had out here, which is to protect the sponsors. Sponsors need players. They need the names to be able to promote their tournaments. If the players play wherever they want to play without a conflicting event rule, where you had to seek the permission of the PGA Tour to play in a tournament opposite of a PGA Tour tournament, the sponsors would be hurt by that. I think we all understood that.
“When the players left for LIV, I think it was basically over. They chose to go for the money, which is fine, but to return to the Tour, I thought, was a nonstarter, but apparently it's not.”
Brooks was made to make a $5 million donation to charity, is ineligible for the Player Equity Program, is ineligible for payout from the FedEx Cup Bonus Program and is ineligible for sponsors exemptions into Signature Events.

🚨🚨JUST IN: There is a CRISIS in Italy. Since 2014, not qualifying for a World Cup for such a major football nation is considered a disgrace. They feel that football in Italy has stood still for 12 years.
A major clean-up is coming. The manager, Gattuso, will be sacked, and many board members will also leave. They are jealous of countries like Spain, France, and Argentina, who have everything well organized.
